Analytics

In the left hand side menu you can find the Analytics section. At the top you have the option to filter the survey you want to see stats for or the questions for which you are interested to see more details on customer answers. On the right you can also filter the time range for the data displayed.

At the top of the page you will always see a quick snapshot such as the number of answers, views and response rate. This gives a quick insight for the survey or surveys selected.

If you click on any individual question from the survey selected you will get more information such as the distribution of answer selection, a timeline for when the answers are given and metrics on the count for each answer selection. This is most useful to identify trends in customer preferences and how often do your customers answer this question.
