In a Pathlight survey, after you add your questions, you can add a number of settings at a survey level. These are Settings, Targeting, Channels, Translations, and Integrations. In this article, we will show all options under Channels.
This is found on the left-hand side column in the survey editor. Once you click on Channels, the menu with the available options for customizations will open underneath this section.
By default the survey is set to show on your Online store and while using POS on all locations you use POS at. You can choose here to only show it on certain channels by un-ticking the options. Under POS, you can, for example, choose to show it in Shop locations only or in All locations if you untick the default option. For POS, this survey will show after the customer has made the payment on the POS in your store location.
