Enable the survey extension

Here are the steps you need to take to enable the extension on your Thank You and Order Status pages

  1. In your Shopify admin dashboard, navigate to Settings > Checkout > Configuration and click on Customize

  2. From the top dropdown switch to the Thank you page

  3. In the left sidebar click on the Sections icon, then on Add block and select Pathlight Survey

  4. The survey preview will appear. Click on the Save button in the top right corner of the theme editor.

  5. Repeat all the steps for the Order status page
