You would find the Answers page in the left-hand side menu in your Shopify dashboard when you get into Pathlight.
You will begin seeing data in Answers as soon as customers begin completing your Pathlight survey. Note that this view shows all unique Answers, which means multiple entries from the same customer if they answered more than one question in your post-purchase survey.
From the list of individual answers registered from your post-purchase survey, you can click on the Customer Profile by simply clicking on their name. You can also access the order page in your Shopify dashboard by clicking the customer-specific number in the Order column. If you run multiple surveys at the same time, you can also identify which surveys' questions they answered by clicking the name of the Survey on each line.
If you want to export the list of answers, you can do so by using the Export answers button in the top right button under Answers.
