Using templates can make it easier to get started with Pathlight. In Pathlight, we offer a set of ready-to-use surveys that fit different goals. To start creating a survey, you can click on Create Survey, and you will have the option to either start from scratch or start by using a template. You will find 12 templates that you can choose from.
The templates are split into a few categories based on the goal of what you are trying to achieve.
There are 4 templates related to attribution, and for each, you can check a short description about the template and the number of questions it has. There are 3 versions of surveys for New Customer Attrbution which give you a better understanding on how first-time customers found your brand/store and what influenced their decision to buy. The last template is made for returning customers so you can learn more insight on what made them come back and if there is anything you can improve.
One template is to find the Net Promoter Score, measuring how happy your customers are and how likely they are to recommend your store.
CRO templates are Conversion Rate Optimization surveys that discover what convinced customers to buy your products, what nearly stopped them, and even collect feedback on what could be improved.
Research survey templates include 2 templates to choose from that address demographic insights, meaning getting a better idea of who your customers are, so you can customize your products better.
The personalization template called Gifting helps you understand how many of your customers are buying gifts and which occasion drove their purchase. You can use this for seasonal offers and even targeted marketing campaigns in the future.
The last survey template addressed Customer Satisfaction & Reviews, which will assess customer satisfaction to improve your store's shopping experience and either offer support or request a review based on feedback.
No matter which one you want to choose, you have the option to check a quick question preview first by clicking the eye icon next to the number of questions from each template card. This will open a pop-up card showing the questions included in this template.
Remember, any questions in these templates can be edited, removed, or others added. To select one, you need to click Start from template from the card of the template you want to start from. This will open the survey editor with this template. You can now use the editor to make any changes you want to this survey.
